What to expect in the role:
<ul>
<li>Overseeing a caseload of learners by creating, monitoring, and continuously evaluating individualized treatment and behavior intervention goals/plans, making modifications as needed</li>
<li>Establishing and maintaining rapport with parent(s)/caregiver(s) for each learner on caseload and conducting monthly parent/caregiver trainings in the center, home, or community</li>
<li>Conducting initial and ongoing assessments for new learners as needed and completing corresponding insurance documents</li>
<li>Strategizing and communicating with other members of the clinical team for overall center management</li>

Requirements:

<li>Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content</li>
<li>Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential</li>
<li>Must have state licensure or be eligible to obtain state licensure</li>
<li>Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)</li>
