This position could be part time or full time, 3 - 5 days/week working with students in the classroom, individually, and in related programming. About the Role:
We are looking for a Chiropractor whose philosophy extends far beyond traditional musculoskeletal care. You will serve as a primary functional medicine provider, utilizing chiropractic adjustments and manual therapies as key modalities within a comprehensive, whole-body health strategy.
The goal is not just to reduce pain, but to investigate and correct the metabolic, nutritional, and neurological imbalances that lead to chronic conditions. This is a full-time position (approximately 36 hours per week) for a clinician eager to practice at the top of their license.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct comprehensive functional medicine case reviews, including detailed patient history, lifestyle analysis, and review of systems.</li>
<li>Order, interpret, and review advanced functional lab testing (e.g., comprehensive blood chemistry, GI-MAP, DUTCH, organic acids, etc.) to guide clinical decision-making.</li>
<li>Develop and implement integrative and personalized treatment protocols that include targeted nutritional plans, supplementation, detoxification, and lifestyle interventions.</li>
<li>Perform chiropractic adjustments, Applied Kinesiology (AK), and other manual therapies to support neurological integrity and structural alignment as part of the broader functional medicine plan.</li>
<li>Provide in-depth patient education on functional nutrition, stress management, exercise, and other lifestyle interventions crucial for sustainable health.</li>
<li>Manage patient care related to gut health, hormone balance, autoimmunity, and complex chronic inflammatory conditions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure deeply integrated patient care.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely patient records.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.</li>
<li>Valid and active Minnesota chiropractic license.</li>
<li>Significant training and/or certification in Functional Medicine is required (e.g., IFM, Kresser Institute, Apeiron, FMU, etc.).</li>
<li>Proficiency and clinical experience with Applied Kinesiology (AK) is required.</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience in ordering and interpreting a wide range of functional lab panels.</li>
<li>Strong foundation in clinical nutrition and botanical medicine.</li>
<li>A relentless commitment to root-cause investigation and a patient-centered, holistic approach.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex health concepts to patients.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li>
