Job DescriptionHome Health Aide
The Home Health Aide is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain the client’s physical and emotional well-being for those clients living at RM Management.&nbsp; This position assists clients with tasks of daily living as indicated on the Service Agreement, the Medication Administration Record (MAR), and other services as delegated by the RN.
Essential Functions (Including but not limited to the following)

<li>Administer medications for clients while remaining compliant with the Medication Administration Record (M.A.R.).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide personal/direct care to clients including household and hygiene care, not limited to dressing, showering, grooming, escorting clients and toilet assistance.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Execute all required paperwork, documentation and reporting by state mandated laws.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform routine procedures while complying with policy’s from RM Management both proactively and when directed by leadership.</li>
<li>Works to assure facility is in compliance with federal, state and local standards/regulations.</li>
<li>Encourage clients to participate in scheduled activity programs.</li>
<li>Inform R.N. of medications or supply needs.</li>
<li>Regular and punctual attendance.</li>

Required Qualifications&nbsp;

<li>High School education and CNA/NAR or H.H.A. Certificate preferred.</li>
<li>Understand and adhere to the Vulnerable Adult and abuse policy, Bill of Rights and HIPPA.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Complete a minimum of eight (8) hours of documented training.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>High level of independent problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to lift/carry objects weighing up to approximately 30 lbs. or more.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal English language skills.</li>
<li>Excellent listening and response skills in communicating with the client community.</li>
<li>Keeps all client/personnel information confidential.&nbsp;</li>

Responsibilities for a PT - Physical Therapist include:

<li>Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as the mobility/range of joints, transfer status, stability, patterns and appearance of ambulation, strength and endurance of muscles, balance testing, and safety assessments.</li>
<li>Implement integumentary protective interventions to prevent wound formation and promote wound repair utilizing evidence-based dressings and topical agents. </li>
<li>Develop and implement appropriate individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions.</li>
<li>Continually assess and revise the Physical Therapy - PT care plan, and participate with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan, as appropriate.</li>
<li>Educate and instruct clients, family members, or other client representatives, in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety, and independent living.</li>
<li>Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications for a PT - Physical Therapist include:

<li>A current CO Physical Therapist - PT license.</li>
<li>A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist - PT.</li>
<li>Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.</li>
<li>Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.</li>

School counselors and Child Development Center Counselors are assigned to DoDEA schools, military childcare centers, and in some cases, local community schools. Counselors should have experience working in a school setting to qualify for CYB positions. CYB counselors are also assigned to youth programs, summer camps, and for on demand assignments. CYB counselors are responsible for working closely with military branch Points of Contact (POCs) to assure that the program is provided within the scope of the contract and meets the needs of assigned installation.

Schedule:

<li>One Tuesday &amp; One Thursday per month: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Apply orthodontic techniques including tie bands, bonding, and standard braces</li>
<li>Perform impressions and utilize Itero scanning technology</li>
<li>Assist with Invisalign and 6-month Smiles procedures</li>
<li>Build rapport with patients and prepare them for dental work</li>
<li>Maintain excellent verbal and written communication</li>
<li>Operate dental software and equipment proficiently</li>
<li>Set up and break down procedures, including proper disposal of biohazards</li>
<li>Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment</li>
<li>Adhere to all infection control procedures</li>
<li>Complete daily and monthly clerical reporting</li>

<li>Current Dental Assistant License / DANB certification</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of orthodontic experience</li>
<li>X-Ray Certification</li>
<li>CPR/BLS Certification</li>

<li>Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation</li>
