SCI Summary: SCI supports people with disabilities, behavioral challenges, medically complex needs, transitioning youth, the elderly, and other populations using Maryland Department of Health’s Targeted Case Management and Supports Planning work models.
Position Summary: Provide Case Management services to individuals who have an intellectual disabilityand/or developmental disability. Primary objectives of this position to include: Establish positive working relationships through a solution-based approach with each person served, their team and additional external stakeholders. Routinely explore options, areas of interest and preferences and growth opportunities for each person served. Establish and monitor an annual Person-Centered Plan that identifies outcomes important to the person, outlines support needed and required, and secures ongoing support services and continuously monitors and evaluates the quality of the services provided. Meet state-mandated requirements for all duties of the Service Coordinator role. Identify and secure ongoing support services and provide assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Establish a Person-Centered Plan (PCP) for services, implements, and continuously monitors and evaluates the quality of the services provided. Ensure that the services provided meet state-mandated standards.

Essential Duties:
1. Advocate on behalf of individuals, provide resource information, and educate them to become more self- determined.

2. Collect information and documentation related to eligibility for DDA services and recommend eligibility and priority to DDA.

<li>Complete a Comprehensive Assessment (CA)</li>
<li>Plan for, and update Person Centered Plans (PCPs)</li>

3. Plan for, facilitate, develop, and continually update Person Centered Plans (PCPs) that document service needs for individuals eligible for DDA services.

<li>Engage in person-centered planning process with individuals</li>
<li>Develop and write the PCPs in collaboration with the individual</li>
<li>Conduct PCP preparations with the individual</li>

4. Research, identify, refer, and coordinate resources and services to achieve the outcomes specified in individual's PCPs, and share resources with other team members.

Principalmente su función es cumplir con las funciones técnicas del trabajo en el diagrama de recetarios y ejecutar procedimientos establecidos de la compañía para la dispensación de medicamentos, según le indique Farmacéutico(a) y/o Técnico III. Salvo por las excepciones impuestas por ley se le requiere Licencia y estar bajo la supervisión directa del Farmacéutico para ejercer su profesión. 
Deberes y Funciones:
1. Asistir al Farmacéutico(a) en el despacho de todas las recetas que se procesan en el recetario.
2. Atender la ventanilla asegurándose de cumplir con las regulaciones de confidencialidad.
3. Atender a los clientes, pacientes y/o visitantes con cortesía, amabilidad y prontitud para satisfacer sus necesidades. Saludar y agradecer a los clientes su visita y exhortarles a que nos visiten nuevamente.
4. Darles seguimiento a las repeticiones de medicamentos.
5. Recibir, marcar y colocar en su lugar la mercancía que es recibida en el recetario.
6. Cambiar los precios de los productos cuando el mismo haya variado.
7. Verificar que las recetas cumplan con toda la información requerida por ley.
8. Verificar la fecha de expiración de los productos en los anaqueles y en la mercancía recibida en el recetario. De ser necesario, sacar los medicamentos expirados y preparar las devoluciones.
9. Llamar a médicos, planes médicos y/o pacientes para consultas, dudas, aclarar información de medicamentos recetados y/o pre-autorizaciones y documentar la información. 
10. Despachar medicamentos controlados y verificar el balance.
Requisitos:
1. Certificado de Técnico de Farmacia y Registro de Profesionales vigente.
2. Certificado de salud y buena conducta vigente.
3. Habilidad para mantener y establecer relaciones de trabajo efectivas con clientes, visitantes, compañeros de trabajo y suplidores.
4. Disponibilidad para trabajar sábados, domingos, días feriados y horas extras.
5. Habilidad para seguir instrucciones.
6. Experiencia preferible en sistema Rx30, pero no necesariamente
7. Experiencia 0-1año.

Job Title Biomedical Equipment Repair Technician (BMET) - Level II Location Hill Air Force Base Hill AFB, UT Description The Biomedical Equipment Technician II performs operational and safety testing, maintenance and repairs on patient care equipment. Responsibilities include technical inspections of new, used or reconditioned medical equipment, repair of damaged medical equipment, and overhaul of medical equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Conduct technical inspections of new, used, or reconditioned medical equipment. 
· Perform maintenance actions, including repairs, calibrations, preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS), and overhauls of medical equipment. 
· Ensure compliance with military and federal regulations regarding biomedical equipment safety and performance standards. 
· Utilize authorized Army Automation Systems, including but not limited to: 
· Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) 
· Standard Army Maintenance System-Enhanced (SAMS-E) 
· Theater Enterprise-Wide Logistics System (TEWLS) 
· Global Combat Support System (GCSS) 
· Collaborate with manufacturers and vendors for technical support and equipment updates. 
· Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance actions in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements. 
· Assist in risk assessment and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. 
· Support inventory management and tracking of biomedical equipment. 
· Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new biomedical equipment. 
· Assist in logistics planning and equipment deployment in support of operational readiness. 

Travel Ability to travel up to 50% as required. Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 0700-1530 PST Qualifications
· As a minimum, BMET’s shall be a graduate of the Department of Defense (DoD) Medical Equipment Repairers Course or certified through the International Certification Commission (CBET) or have at least earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Medical Equipment Technology.
· Minimum two (2) years of experience as a BMET.
· Must possess knowledge maintenance actions: technical inspections, repair, calibrations/PMCS, and overhaul of medical equipment.
· Ability to follow safety protocols and regulatory guidelines. 
· Good communication and time management skills.
· Must be able to pass client background screening for security clearance.
· Must provide documentation of eligibility to legally work in the United States without an employer sponsored visa.
· Experience with the Department of Defense, preferred.

Salary
· $ 26.92 - $30.05 per hour 
· $ 56,000.00 - $62,500.00 annually
