Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”&nbsp; You would develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
Schedule: Full-Time, overnight 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 4 on 2 off schedule
Pay: $22.50-$29/hr depending on experience

<li>Base pay: $22.50-$29</li>
<li>Shift Differential/Additional Hourly Pay: $2 for evenings, $3 for nights, $3 for weekend shifts</li>
</ul>
To be successful in the role, you would have:
<ul>
<li>Current Ca. Certified Nursing Assistant License&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred</li>
<li>New grads are welcome!</li>

Available Positions: ** Part-time Day Shift and Full-time Day (7am-3pm) and Part-time Night shift (11pm-7am)&nbsp; ** Part-time and Full-time Evening shift (3-11pm)
**Shift differentials available&nbsp;
** $41.00 to $48/hr. (DOE) **
Our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
To be successful in the role, you would have:

<li>Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying</li>
<li>Current CPR certification</li>
<li>Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred</li>
