A Travel Physical Therapy Assistant is needed in San Leandro, CA. This Physical Therapy Assistant assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient. Our outpatient program is unique-not your typical outpatient or home health setting. Therapists typically work with about 8 residents a day, providing one-on-one care rather than group or multiple concurrent treatments. This personalized approach allows therapists to make a meaningful impact, creating a rewarding experience that traveling therapists also greatly enjoy. Pay of $2436 may be adjusted based on experience. Ascentia staffing provides a unique experience for candidates. We only staff therapy ond only work with clients that we have a direct relationship. This enables us to provide Physical Therapy Assistant candidates with an excellent experience in every assignment. The majority of the time our Physical Therapy Assistant candidates are interviewed with 48 hours of submission and receive an offer on the same day. Benefits for the Physical Therapy Assistant include medical, dental, vision, and 401K. In addition, we offer the Physical Therapy Assistant licensure and relocation reimbursement if needed.

FeldCare Connects, an app-based referral network,&nbsp;is currently seeking a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver premier excellence of care and is enthusiastic about working with adults of all ages.
This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve the Albany&nbsp;area specifically.&nbsp;
The Occupational Therapist in Home Health is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs relating to functionality status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments and adaptive equipment, and other occupational therapy needs as defined by medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, the Occupational Therapist determines a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's wellbeing, and evaluates the patient’s progress.
An Occupational&nbsp;Therapist for Home Health must:
<ul>
<li>Provide services defined by the state laws governing the practice of Occupational Therapy, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team.</li>
<li>Lead the patient in the use of therapeutic, creative, and self-care activities to improve functioning and safety.</li>
<li>Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.</li>
<li>Instruct patients, families, caregivers, and the health care team in the areas of therapy in which they can participate in assisting the patient.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages</li>
<li>Occupational Therapist&nbsp;license and registration by the state&nbsp;</li>
<li>Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist&nbsp;program&nbsp;</li>
<li>Bilingual is a plus!</li>
