<li>Continue to care for our members beyond the lab room by answering patient messages, following up on lab cases and assisting our providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties such as, but not limited to biometric screening forms, medical record and consult review, billing inquiries, and DOH reporting</li>

What you'll need:
<ul>
<li>An active phlebotomy certification to practice in California and atleast 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of a training/externship environment</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li>
<li>A High School Diploma or equivalent </li>
<li>Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously</li>
<li>Experience working on collaborative, diverse, multi-disciplinary teams (additional experience with remote teams a plus) </li>
<li>A proven ability to display confidence and instill trust during the collection process while delivering individualized, human-centered, customer-focused care </li>
<li>A proven track record of persisting through change, consistently stepping up to take action on challenges, and learning quickly and effectively when faced with new situations or tasks</li>
<li>Experience with extended scope care including but not limited to non-blood specimen collection and processing, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs preferred</li>

The base hourly range for this role is $25.25 to $27.25 based on a standard full-time schedule, with a 1.25 differential for eligible extended hours. We are hiring full-time Behavior Interventionists to support students in school-based settings across a variety of grade levels. These roles involve direct 1:1 and small group behavioral support, data collection, and collaboration with educators and related service providers to promote student success across academic and social environments.
Behavior Interventionist Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using ABA-based strategies to support positive behavior and reduce challenging behavior.

Collect and document data daily to track student progress toward behavioral goals.
</li>
<li>
Support students with emotional regulation, social skills, task completion, and general classroom participation.
</li>

Assist in de-escalation and crisis intervention following district-approved protocols.

Collaborate with teachers, behavior specialists, and school teams to ensure consistent implementation of supports.

Monitor student behavior during classroom activities, transitions, mealtimes, and recess.

Behavior Interventionist Qualifications:
