Main Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):

<li>Review provider medical coding of services rendered for medical claim submission</li>

<li>Work directly with providers to resolve specific medical coding issues</li>
<li>Analyze data for errors and report data problems</li>
<li>Partner with billing office to correct and resubmit claims based on review of the records, provider input, and payor input</li>

<li>Ensure claims are medically coded consistently by following CPT, ICD-10 and HCPCS rules and guidelines; escalate issues that may impact this immediately to the Compliance Committee</li>

<li>Collect data from various sources, maintain electronic records and logs, file paperwork, and operate office equipment</li>

Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner
Pay: $74.87 an hr | Bi-weekly
Job Type: Onsite in San Antonio, TX
Shift Options:
<ul>
<li>M-F: 8:30-7:30 (1 hour lunch)</li>
<li>Sat: 9-5:30</li>
<li>65 hours over 2 weeks, rotating 2 week schedule. 3 days one week and 4 days the next week.</li>
</ul>
Family Nurse Practitioner Overview:
<ul>
<li>Patient-Centered Quality and Safety: Educate patients on maintaining proper health to influence quality outcomes.</li>
<li>Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage and treat patients' medical needs for safe and high-quality treatment.</li>
<li>Document all patient care within an electronic health record. Help develop Patient Centered Practice Teams.</li>
<li>Respond to patient care inquiries throughout the day Customer Service Excellence: Increase patient engagement and satisfaction through integration of feedback from patients, management, and professional colleagues.</li>
<li>Maintain all levels of communication. Healthcare Environment Management:</li>
<li>Resolve conflict using appropriate management techniques.</li>
<li>Cultivate relationships among practice employees and retail store colleagues.</li>
<li>Balance priorities to manage patient care and needs.</li>
<li>Manage clinical and non-clinical tasks.</li>
<li>Adapt to new models of patient care for clinic efficiency.</li>
<li>Demonstrate core values of CVS Health Minute Clinic in all communications and interactions.</li>
<li>Help with hiring and development of Practice employees.</li>
<li>Enhance operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment without jeopardizing important innovation or quality of care.</li>

Family Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.</li>
</ul>
