Location: Schertz, TX (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract-to-hire

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 / Hourly

About the Role:

Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Case Coordinator to support our client’s growing healthcare operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys providing top-tier administrative support to clinical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administrative flow of case-related documentation and review processes
  • Coordinate and assign incoming requests for case evaluations and related services
  • Maintain consistent communication with professional consultants to ensure timely task completion
  • Review documents for accuracy, formatting, and adherence to internal standards
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Prioritize tasks and manage case assignments based on urgency and specific requirements
  • Keep detailed records and logs related to case progress and consultant activity
  • Act as the main point of contact for incoming inquiries related to case coordination
  • Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and in accordance with privacy standards

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 years in an administrative or office-based role, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Typing 65 WPM+ average
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Comfortable using web-based portals and data entry tools
  • Personality: Professional, proactive, and team-oriented with a customer service mindset
