As a Dentist with HealthDrive, we hand you a practice. Responsibilities
Role Overview &amp; Responsibilities for Dentists: 
<ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive examinations and regular dental care</li>
<li>Traditional daily patient care will include examinations, restorative, routine extractions, denture fabrications, and repairs</li>
<li>Complete required patient and clinical documentation in our proprietary electronic medical record system</li>
<li>Responsible for applying proper coding guidelines and populating appropriate billing codes for services provided to patients</li>
<li>Adheres to OSHA guidelines regarding patient care, disposal of materials, and sterilization of equipment</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Dental background with proficiency in the assessment, treatment, management, and evaluation of dental care</li>
<li>Ability to work independently on a daily basis</li>
<li>Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to use EMR, text, email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare related software</li>
<li>Self-starter attitude with the desire to deliver quality, thoughtful, and attentive care</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements for Dentists:
<ul>
<li>Ability to stand, to bend, and to lift</li>
<li>Ability to transport mobile dental equipment (maximum of 15 lbs.)</li>
<li>May be occasionally required to transport patients in wheelchairs</li>
</ul>
Education &amp; Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>D.D.S or D.M.D</li>
<li>Current state professional license</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
</ul>
Travel:
This is a mobile position. Daily travel is based on the patient care requirements for the specified service area; your practice. A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive significant distances on occasion is required.

The hospice chaplain provides spiritual care and comfort to terminally ill patients, as well as their families and loved ones in an interfaith approach. Care is in the form of spiritual counseling, prayer, devotional ritual, and grief and loss support. The hospice chaplain is part of an interdisciplinary team that supports people at critical junctures in their lives, always making a difference. Care delivery primarily takes place in a patient’s&nbsp;home or in a community&nbsp;where the patient resides.
Hospice Chaplain Responsibilities:

Hospice Chaplain Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Divinity, Theology, Ministry or Pastoral Care from an accredited school.</li>
<li>Minimum of two years' experience&nbsp;providing spiritual support and counseling to clients and family members in a health care setting.</li>
<li>Demonstration of expertise in spiritual assessment and counseling, and in concepts of death and dying issues.</li>
<li>Knowledge of concepts and issues for dying for adults and children. Current&nbsp;Colorado driver's&nbsp;license and automobile insurance.</li>
</ul>
Hospice Chaplain Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Master's&nbsp;degree in divinity, theology or related field.</li>
<li>Previous hospice experience.</li>
<li>Bilingual abilities, a plus.</li>
</ul>
