Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time pediatric position.

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders</li>
<li>ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)</li>
<li>Active state SLP license</li>

Job Details:
<ul>
<li>Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.</li>
<li>Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays).</li>
<li>Take patients' medical and dental history</li>
<li>Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment.</li>
<li>Provide Pre/Post OP instructions for oral care following dental treatment procedures.</li>
<li>Teach patients oral hygiene to maintain oral health (e.g., tooth brushing and flossing).</li>
<li>Chart/enter a treatment and notes into Eagle soft.</li>
<li>Dental cleanings/prophylaxis, fluoride application, and sealants</li>
<li>Sterilization and cleaning chairs</li>
<li>And other tasks to keep our office clean and tidy</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.</li>
<li>1 year of Dental Assisting experience</li>
<li>X-Ray Certification (preferred)</li>
<li>Excellent communication and computer skills.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
