Summary
As Director of Political Advocacy, PaintPAC, you will play an important supporting role in shaping the coatings industry's political giving program. This position will report to ACA's Vice President of Government Affairs. The position will manage multiple fast-paced projects related to ACA's political action committee, PaintPAC, while supporting the grassroots function of the association. In this role, you will have direct contact with ACA members, affiliated industry organizations, political fundraisers and Members of Congress.
In a typical day, you might correspond with executives at a fortune 1000 company or high-ranking elected officials. You might plan weekly events with the legislative team, attend webinars and meetings to assist in growing the program or distribute PaintPAC checks to fundraisers. You will proactively seek out ways to grow the program and get contributions to coatings industry champions.

<li>Enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference!</li>
<li>Up to 240/hour clinical medication management, reimbursement organized per code, choice of 30 min or 20 min follow-up appointments.</li>
<li>Option to supervise clinician-selected, evidence-based Nurse Practitioners at 300/APN/mo.</li>
<li>We are growing in the form of teams composed of multiple therapists and a prescriber.</li>
<li>We emphasize regular staffing with your collaborating therapists, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.</li>
<li>Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.</li>
<li>Compensation is per patient and per code billed, there is a medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance benefit for full-time clinicians.</li>
<li>Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and therapist providers.</li>

Job Requirements:

<li>Must have a clean and unrestricted medical license </li>

<li>Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.</li>
<li>Excellent patient-relation skills </li>
<li>Significant experience as a Psychiatrist is preferred but not required</li>
