Role Overview:
Under the direction of the Regional Clinical Director, the Behavior Analyst will provide supervision to Behavior Technicians and 1:1 behavioral intervention programs to children, in addition to developing programs, behavior intervention plans (as needed), and program monitoring of their caseload.
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): This position requires the individual to have a minimum of a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis and hold an active status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP): This position requires a minimum of a master’s degree in a mental health-related field or a BACB approved degree category from an accredited institution who is trained and has one year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of children with ASD. QBHPs must have a responsible BCBA supervisor, be on their third BACB accredited course, and have started their supervision experience to qualify.
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA): This position requires the individual to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, have completed the BACB coursework in applied behavior analysis and hold an active status as a Board Certified Behavior Assistant Analyst (BCaBA).

<li>Assist with training and competency checklists for new and existing behavior technicians.</li>
<li>Receive supervision from the Executive Clinical Director for each client they work with on a monthly basis.</li>
<li>Communicate with supervisory staff.</li>
<li>Prepare and conduct team meetings.</li>
<li>Monthly graphing and progress reports.</li>
<li>Introduce and train new client programs under guidance of Behavior Services Director.</li>
<li>Manage and update client’s program book</li>
<li>Conduct VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or other curriculum-based assessments as approved by North Arrow ABA clinical leadership.</li>
<li>Develop functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention plan under the supervision and guidance of the Executive Clinical Director.</li>
<li>Assist with daily changes and updates to schedule as children and/or staff are out due to illness, vacation, etc.</li>
<li>Prepare social skills, gross motor, natural environment teaching and other learning programs.</li>
<li>Delegate stimuli prep to Behavior Technicians and Clinical Support Specialists as necessary.</li>
</ul>
Availability
40 hours work week for full time supervisors.
Employees should be available Monday through Friday 8am-8pm; your hours are subject to flexibility for meetings and cooperation with other clinical staff for after-school hours.
