Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Orchards at Wayne, a renowned provider of compassionate and professional care. Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, promoting independence, mobility, and overall well-being
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of occupational therapy techniques and strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
• Utilize electronic medical records and billing systems, including Net Health and PCC
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)
• Experience working in LTC/SNF settings
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, theories, and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and billing systems, including Net Health and PCC
