Job Description 
The Patient Services Strategy Franchise Director, Immunology- Rheumatology plays a key role in the development of AbbVie Patient Services patient support strategies across the Immunology-Rheumatology portfolio for current and future pipeline products. Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred
• 12+ years of experience in healthcare
• 12+ years of experience working at a pharmaceutical company in roles involving strategy and execution
• Strong enterprise thinking, strategic planning, and financial acumen, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to connect broader organizational goals to franchise-specific strategies
• Extensive cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Depth in portfolio strategy, with a proven ability to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and guide decision-making at scale
• Operational track record as a brand/portfolio leader with sophisticated understanding of business strategy, cross-functional stakeholder leadership and project management with a track record of commercial success.

Purpose:

Qualifications

RANMI is seeking a compassionate and reliable Contingent Peer Recovery Coach to assist with facilitating support groups and recovery activities. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others and is available to work on an as-needed basis to support our recovery programs.
 
Duties and responsibilities:

<li>Facilitate peer support groups via zoom and in-person in various locations throughout Western Wayne County.</li>
<li>Provide peer support services to individuals in various stages of recovery, offering guidance, encouragement, and resources. </li>
<li>Facilitate mutual aid support groups that encompass multiple pathways to recovery, including but not limited to MAT support, SMART recovery, twelve-step (AA/NA), and All-Recovery.</li>
<li>Assist in planning and leading recovery focused activities and events.</li>
<li>Be knowledgeable of harm reduction strategies and offer support and resources to individuals who use drugs.</li>
<li>Assist individuals in developing and achieving their recovery goals, share lived experiences, expand recovery capital, and reduce barriers to long-term recovery.</li>

<li>Track peer support group and recovery activity attendance.</li>
<li>Stay informed about local resources and services available to individuals in recovery and those seeking substance use support.</li>

<li>Participate in ongoing training, education, and other items as required.</li>
