<li>Serving residents in post-acute facilities as an LPN</li>
\n
<li>Documenting residents' medical histories and any health concerns in a timely manner</li>
\n
<li>Keeping track of residents' vital signs, mental health, and physical conditions</li>
\n
<li>Monitoring the charts and medical records of residents</li>
\n
<li>Helping with the dispensing and verification of medications, and monitoring their effects</li>
\n
<li>Contributing to the maintenance of a comfortable and safe facility for residents</li>
\n
<li>Providing assistance with IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures</li>
\n
<li>Assisting with medical supply storage and maintaining proper inventories</li>

<li>Helping staff with the orientation and training of new hires</li>

<li>Being accountable to adhere to care plans for residents and to follow all applicable regulations and policies</li>

\n\nQualifications and Skills\n

<li>Current Maryland state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)</li>

<li>Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program</li>
\n
<li>Graduation from high school (or GED/equivalent)</li>
\n
<li>At least 6 months experience working as a LPN (or similar role)</li>
\n
<li>Ability to lift at least 50 lbs</li>
