The hospital completed a $250 million capital expansion in 2022 which increased bed capacity to 300, expand the emergency center to 45 rooms and increase the operating rooms to 25. Duties and Responsibilities:
· Implement and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA.
 Implement strategies to teach skill acquisition and alternative replacement behaviors.
 Ability to read and identify the essential components of a written Behavior Intervention Plan and Behavioral Assessments/goals as it relates to behavioral areas of need.
 Assist family members in implementing reactive procedures for maladaptive behaviors.
