<li>Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections as needed</li>
<li>Monitor and care for postpartum mothers and newborns (Mother-Baby Unit)</li>
<li>Care for patients in the Complicated OB/GYN Surgery Unit (high-risk OB)</li>
<li>Educate patients on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery</li>
<li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed</li>
<li>Document patient progress and update providers accordingly</li>
<li>Support family-centered care and bonding</li>
<li>Float between OB units as required by workload</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: Degree: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)</li>
</ul>
Education: 
<ul>
<li>Graduate from a college or university accredited by the NLNAC or CCNE</li>
</ul>
Certification: 
<ul>
<li>Basic Life Support (BLS) Required</li>
<li>Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Highly preferred</li>
<li>Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred</li>
</ul>
Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum one year of full-time experience in inpatient obstetrics (labor &amp; delivery, postpartum, or high-risk OB) within the past three years</li>
</ul>
Licensure: 
<ul>
<li>Current, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory</li>
</ul>
Skills and Abilities: 
<ul>
<li>Proficient in labor support, postpartum recovery, and newborn assessment</li>
<li>Skilled in managing obstetric emergencies and fetal monitoring</li>
<li>Comfortable with rotating shifts and high-acuity environments</li>
<li>Compassionate, adaptable, and capable of working in a family-centered care model</li>
<li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li>

Immunization Requirement:

<li>Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis B, TDAP, Influenza, and TB screening required</li>
<li>Must complete NAVMED 6260/91 or DHA equivalent form</li>

<li>Must pass background check and credentialing</li>
<li>Expect up to 90 days for full clearance</li>
