Job description
Under supervision of the Director of Social Service, the Case Manager is responsible for providing case management, housing support to clients and monthly reporting requirements that will ensure compliance with the parameters of the program. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
The salary for the Case Manager is $35,000 - $45,000/annually based on relevant experience.
KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Client Advocacy:

<li>Conducts needs assessment and case management for assigned families</li>
<li>Conducts intakes, home visits and apartment inspections.</li>
<li>Holds bi-weekly interviews with clients.</li>
<li>Maintains up to date files including client history and profile.</li>

Relocation Services:

<li>Contact landlord/broker to schedule appointment to see apartment.</li>
<li>Follow up with landlord/broker to assure that Section 8 package or other related documents was submitted.</li>
<li>Schedule Head of Household for Apartment Inspection with housing site.</li>
<li>Follow-up meeting with resident for Lease signing.</li>
<li>Follow-up meeting, after lease has been signed, then schedule resident for move out.</li>
<li>Contact Public Assistance agency to request rent checks.</li>

Case Management and Record Keeping:

<li>Provides case management and on site crisis intervention.</li>
<li>Completes required service plans.</li>
<li>Educates participants with respect to good housekeeping and home-safety practices, budgeting and landlord/tenant relations, as necessary.</li>
<li>Maintains appropriate documentation of all tenant contacts.</li>
<li>Documents monthly progress notes in the participants’ chart.</li>
<li>Conducts home visits to help evaluate participants’ compliance with the rules and regulations of the program and to assess the need for referral to supportive services.</li>
<li>Reports any alleged child neglect or abuse to the ACS agency or the authorities.</li>

Location: Edison, NJ 08818 Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Assistant to support clinical and administrative operations in a dental care setting. This role provides chairside assistance to dental providers, supports patient care, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities

Provide chairside assistance to dentists during examinations and procedures
</li>
<li>
Prepare patient charts for scheduled procedures and document care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
</li>
<li>
Take and process digital dental radiographs; maintain imaging equipment and monitor supplies
</li>

Assist with front desk duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients

Clean and sanitize dental examination rooms after each patient in accordance with infection control protocols
