<li>Delivering high quality nursing care in post-acute care facilities</li>
\n
<li>Observing the conditions of residents and notifying the nursing team of updates</li>
\n
<li>Monitoring and reporting on residents' vital signs</li>
\n
<li>Ensuring a clean and safe environment by performing tasks such as sanitizing surfaces and changing linens</li>
\n
<li>Assisting residents with personal hygiene, feeding, grooming, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)</li>
\n
<li>Repositioning residents and transporting them around the facility as needed</li>
\n
<li>Liaising between staff, residents, and family members to support ongoing communication and transparency</li>
\n
<li>Engaging with residents on a regular basis and responding to their needs</li>
\n
<li>Being accountable to follow and adhere to care plans for residents, and all applicable laws, regulations, and policies</li>

\n\nQualifications and Skills\n

<li>Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification</li>
\n
<li>Demonstrated knowledge of nursing care procedures and clinical terminology</li>
\n
<li>Detail-oriented and able to effectively communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members</li>

<li>Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs</li>
