We are looking for a detail-oriented Pharmacy Support Associate to join our fast-paced automated prescription refill team. The ideal candidate will accurately prepare, package, sort, and distribute medications while maintaining strict safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Accurately fill prescription vials with tablets/capsules.</li>
<li>Retrieve and process Unit-of-Use and bulk medications.</li>
<li>Read computer-generated orders and verify correct medication, size, and strength.</li>
<li>Replenish automated dispensing cells and manage inventory using handheld scanners.</li>
<li>Perform basic math to count/calculate medication quantities.</li>
<li>Maintain strong attention to detail for repetitive tasks with 100% accuracy.</li>
<li>Keep the pharmacy floor clean and organized.</li>
<li>Follow HIPAA regulations and pharmacy SOPs at all times.</li>

$2000.00 sign on bonus for CCHT (Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician) or Bonent CHT (Certified Hemodialysis Technologist/Technician)&nbsp;Certifications.
 
Patient Care Technician (PCT)&nbsp;
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Health Systems Management support and work under the guidance of RNs to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients at a time. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and compassion needed to improve the quality of life for our patients while promoting positive patient outcomes. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis. To be considered for this position qualified candidates are required to have a minimum of 6 months of healthcare and/or direct patient care experience. Good fit for those with -&nbsp;CHT, CCHT, CNA, CMA, PCA, CPT, CMA, EMT, CST, CPhT, etc.

PCT Responsibilities and Physical Demands:
The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.&nbsp;

<li>Set up of the hemodialysis machine.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Greet patients and collect details regarding their previous treatment. Report any concerns or observations to the lead nurse.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with and prepare the patient's vascular access for treatment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Initiate, monitor, and discontinue dialysis treatment per written policies, procedures, and standards of care.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Obtain patient's vital signs before, during, and after dialysis treatment and appropriately document in patient medical record.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for appropriately calculating and documenting patient's fluid removal.&nbsp;</li>
<li>PCT performs appropriate access cannulation and reports any difficulties or unusual findings to the lead nurse.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor the patient for any adverse reaction(s) and conduct appropriate intervention.</li>
<li>Monitor the dialysis machine for any malfunction. Report any malfunctions to the lead nurse.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Demonstrates knowledge of infection control as related to hand washing, personal protective equipment (PPE), and universal precautions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain patient safety and comfort, which may include assisting with personal care needs and activities of daily living.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responds appropriately to emergency situations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Note you will have exposure to blood, needles, and various other bodily fluids.&nbsp;</li>
<li>This position provides direct patient care that regularly involves heavy lifting, moving of patients, and assisting with ambulation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>PCT will spend considerable time walking, bending, stretching, and standing.&nbsp;</li>
<li>The employee may occasionally be required to move machines, equipment, and may lift chemical and water solutions of up to 30 pounds and high as five feet.&nbsp;</li>
<li>You are required to acknowledge the inter-facility coverage policy that supports floating to various clinics during and after your training, if needed.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
PCT What You Can Expect:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Improvement: HSM consistently strives to improve processes for our patients and teammates.</li>
<li>Training: May take plate in a facility or a different clinic other than your assigned home clinic.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Hours: Work hours may vary during the training period. However, you will typically work between 36-40 hours per week during training.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Education Requirements and Position Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma required.</li>
<li>Basic computer knowledge required.</li>
<li>6 Months of healthcare and/or direct patient care experience is required.</li>
<li>Continued employment is dependent on successful completion of the Health Systems Management training program in its entirety.&nbsp;</li>
<li>The ability to work long hours is required. You could be on your feet for extended periods of time. Our day ends when patients’ care is completed.</li>
<li>You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must pass the Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) exam within 18 months following the first day of employment.</li>
<li>Must have or obtain Basic Life Support certification approved by the American Heart Association</li>
<li>Must be comfortable working around blood and needles, including cannulation, and obtaining labs.</li>
<li>Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Employee must successfully pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.</li>
