Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and caring Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team! <li>Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable</li>
<li>Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have</li>
<li>Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures</li>
<li>Take vital signs and accurately record medical histories</li>
<li>Perform preliminary exams and collect oral health histories</li>
<li>Evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection</li>
<li>Remove plaque and apply fluoride treatments</li>
<li>Teach good oral hygiene techniques</li>
<li>Create dental impressions</li>
<li>Take x-rays</li>
<li>Assist dentist during procedures and exams</li>
<li>Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies</li>

Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Associates Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, Bachelors or Masters degree preferred</li>
<li>Current Dental Hygienist licensure</li>

<li>Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines</li>
<li>Able to stand for extended periods and bend repeatedly</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>

Positions Available:

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.</li>
<li>Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.</li>
<li>Provide mobility assistance, including transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.</li>
<li>Support nursing and medical staff in the delivery of quality patient care.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.</li>
<li>Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff to foster a supportive environment.</li>
<li>Participate in training and ongoing education to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a CNA training program.</li>
<li>Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).</li>
<li>Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to the fast-paced healthcare environment.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of patient care procedures and safety protocols.</li>
