This is a unique opportunity for a Clinical Trial Management Associate (CTMA). You will be responsible for supporting the execution of clinical activities across vendors, CROs, and sites from start-up through close-out with growing independence. Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications:

They are looking for a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (Per Diem) to support the McLean clinic during the fall and winter season, especially during flu season. Salary/Hourly Rate $30/hr - $32/hr Position Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse (Per Diem) will primarily cover for staff on leave and requires in-person availability. You will assist physicians with various procedures and help deliver high-quality preventive care to corporate employees. The schedule on Fridays, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, is required. Additional weekday coverage (1 - 2 days a week) may be requested but is not guaranteed. Contract Duration is from October 2025 to January 2026. Responsibilities Of The Licensed Practical Nurse (Per Diem) 
<ul>
<li> Support physicians with clinical procedures. </li>
<li> Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, vital signs, injections, and vaccine administration. </li>
<li> Conduct routine tests: audiometric, vision, pulmonary function, and tonometry. </li>
<li> Assist with cardiac step tests and prepping for stress tests. </li>
<li> Escort patients to testing and exam areas. </li>
<li> Provide excellent customer service and patient education. </li>
<li> Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms. </li>
<li> Manage inventory of medical supplies. </li>
<li> Perform administrative duties as needed. </li>
<li> Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities. </li>
</ul>
 Required Experience/Skills for the Licensed Practical Nurse (Per Diem): 
<ul>
<li> Minimum 3 years of clinical experience. </li>
<li> Strong phlebotomy and vaccine administration skills. </li>
</ul>
 Preferred Experience/Skills for the Licensed Practical Nurse (Per Diem): 
<ul>
<li> Excellent communication and organizational skills. </li>
<li> Ability to multitask and adapt to changing schedules. </li>
</ul>
 Education Requirements: 
<ul>
<li> Current LPN license in Virginia. </li>
<li> CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred). </li>
</ul>
