What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide a level of care that goes beyond the traditional urgent care setting</li>
<li>Ensure comprehensive care for patients of all ages</li>
<li>Procedures to include EKG and X-ray interpretation, abscess incision and drainage, infection management, reduction of dislocations, splinting of minor fractures, laceration repair, IV hydration, and medication administration</li>
<li>Serve as a role model and leader for the clinical team</li>
<li>Communicate test results, follow-up care, and treatment plans</li>
<li>Effectively communicate and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers</li>

To thrive as a Speech Pathologist at Fellowship Community, you will need a strong foundation of essential skills and qualifications. A graduate degree from an accredited Speech Language Program, along with a valid state license and Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech Pathology or CFY eligibility, is mandatory. Experience in adult and/or geriatric rehabilitation for at least six months to a year is preferred. You must possess intermediate computer skills and demonstrate effective clinical decision-making abilities that promote desirable outcomes for your patients. Strong leadership skills in teaching, training, mentoring, and coaching are crucial, as is the ability to communicate effectively with individuals who may have visual or hearing impairments.
