About the Job:
We are looking to hire a full-time Case Manager / Clinician to work with a full case load of 6 clients regularly in our inpatient medical detox and residential substance abuse and mental health treatment facility. Case Manager is responsible for treatment planning, weekly assessments, crisis management, aftercare planning, all disability paperwork and FMLA. Group facilitation is also a part of this role as is documentation in Kipu. Couples' therapy sessions are also part of this role. Must have at least an associates number to qualify: ACSW, APCC, AMFT. Prior Case Management experience required, preferably in the substance abuse field.
 
Compensation:
<ul>
<li>Compensation is $70,000 annual salary with an opportunity to be negotiated to a higher rate, depending on experience and credentials or licensure.</li>
<li>Should be willing to work 50+ hours per week</li>
<li>All work is in person</li>
<li>Work days are Sunday to Thursday. (Days off are Friday and Saturday)</li>
