Job Description:
<ul>
<li>Evaluate students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities to identify any barriers to learning.</li>
<li>Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs and goals.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement strategies that promote academic and social success for students.</li>
<li>Advocate for students needs within the school setting and actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.</li>
<li>Active state license in California</li>
<li>Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred.</li>
</ul>
