Pharmacy Technician Compensation
<ul>
<li>The pay for this position is $24.45 per hour</li>
<li>Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment</li>
<li>A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates</li>

Pharmacy Technician Highlights

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Fill prescriptions and prepare IVs under direct pharmacist supervision</li>
<li>Enter prescription and billing data into pharmacy systems</li>
<li>Prepackage medications according to regulatory and internal standards</li>
<li>Assist with the final check process, staging medications for pharmacist review</li>
<li>Package completed orders and coordinate accurate, timely delivery</li>
<li>Receive, rotate, and track medication inventory including lot numbers and expiration dates</li>
<li>Assist with equipment safety checks, cleanliness, and calibration</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment</li>
</ul>
 
Pharmacy Technician Requirements
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days</li>
<li>Active Pharmacy Technician Certification or willingness to train under a DORA Provisional License</li>
<li>Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow regulated procedures</li>
<li>Solid communication and teamwork skills</li>
</ul>
 
Pharmacy Technician Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous pharmacy technician, IV compounding, or medical billing experience</li>
<li>Experience working in a high-volume or regulated healthcare environment</li>
</ul>
