Provides Outpatient addiction counseling and general outpatient services to a treatment court population. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Prepare timely and accurate records on patients and maintain substantial compliance on medical records audits. Assures all records meet state and CARF standards. </li>

<li>Complete weekly court reports and maintain records of progress for court. </li>

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work is indoors in an office environment with moderate noise. Intermittent physical effort involving lifting of up to 25 pounds, walking and stooping is required. A typical workday involves sitting, frequent use of a keyboard, reaching with hands and arms, and talking and hearing, approximately 70% of the time. Approximately 30% or less of the time is spent standing. Normal vision abilities required, including close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Position:
Medical Equipment Delivery Technician
 
General Description:
Responsible for the delivery, set-up, patient education and pick up of medical equipment.
 
Schedule: Mon-Fri plus on-call rotation
 
Essential Job Functions:
<ul>
<li>Be knowledgeable of and responsible for the current Quipt policies and procedures that apply to this position.</li>
<li>Responsible for setting up medical equipment in the patient’s home in a professional, safe and timely manner.</li>
<li>Complete appropriate paperwork for the setup</li>
<li>Teach the patient about the safe and proper use of the medical equipment.</li>
<li>Instruct the patient on the safe and proper use of disposable supplies.</li>
<li>Instruct the patient on appropriate cleaning and maintenance of the equipment</li>
<li>Make routine deliveries, and pickup of medical equipment and supplies for existing patients.</li>
<li>Perform minor equipment repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment in the patient’s home.</li>
<li>Help patient become and remain compliant with use of medical equipment.</li>
<li>Responsible for keeping vehicle clean, organized and maintained.</li>
<li>Comply with all federal, state and local regulations.</li>
<li>Assist Quipt in meeting its growth and financial goals.</li>
<li>MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT A MINIMUM OF 75#'S</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Requirements:
Minimum Job Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school or equivalent</li>
<li>Must be a minimum of 21 years old to drive a company vehicle</li>
<li>Driver's License (Required) </li>
<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Report</li>
<li>Must be able to pass background check</li>
<li>Must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.</li>
<li>Ability to perform in a fast paced environment</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and complete assignments timely and accurately</li>
<li>ON-CALL ROTATION IS REQUIRED</li>
</ul>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.</li>
<li>Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.</li>
<li>Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.</li>
<li>Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.</li>
<li>Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience in food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.</li>
<li>Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies</li>
<li>Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.</li>
<li>Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.</li>
<li>​​Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required based on State / County law.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Residency within the service area required</li>
</ul>
