Job DescriptionPharmacy Technician Join Trellis Supportive Care in providing unparalleled end-of-life care.
Purpose:
Assists the licensed pharmacists in our small, customer service focused pharmacy, in the preparation of prescribed medications for hospice patients and other daily pharmaceutical services.
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or general education degree (GED)</li>
<li>CPHT required</li>
<li>Experience with computer order entry and IV preparation experience is strongly preferred</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Order processing</li>
<li>Preparation for dispensing</li>
<li>Infusion preparation</li>
<li>Answering phone calls</li>
<li>Problem resolution</li>
<li>Order maintenance &amp; re-stocking</li>
<li>Medication assessment coverage</li>
</ul>
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
