Responsibilities

<li>Warmly welcome and assist clients, visitors, and vendors.</li>
<li>Manage incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries or routing them to the appropriate staff.</li>
<li>Accurately enter and update client information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.</li>
<li>Efficiently schedule patient appointments, track referrals, and proactively fill open slots.</li>
<li>Generate reports and take initiative to optimize scheduling and clinic operations.</li>
<li>Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage requirements for physical therapy, and ensure compliance.</li>
<li>Confidently collect co-pays, account balances, and discuss financial details with clients.</li>
<li>Perform additional administrative tasks to support smooth clinic operations.</li>

Required Skills

6+ months of experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles (healthcare experience preferred but not required).

<li>
Friendly, professional communication and meticulous attention to detail.
</li>
<li>
Comfort with digital tools, including basic computer skills; familiarity with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, or insurance verification is a plus.
</li>
<li>
2+ years in a medical office setting is a bonus but not mandatory.
</li>
<li>
Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and working as part of a team.

Fluency in Spanish is an asset.
