<li>Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards while delivering exceptional outcomes.</li>

What We’re Looking For:
✔ BCBA certification &amp; PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)
✔ Master’s in ABA, Psychology, or related field
✔ 3+ years’ experience as a BCBA with leadership and supervision experience
✔ Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills
✔ Passion for building a team culture and high-quality clinic-based services
 
Work Environment
This role requires the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing – including frequent talking, hearing, writing, typing, reading, and significant comprehension. This role may model activities for staff working with young children that will regularly require moving quickly, crouching, and sitting on the floor. The employee frequently is also required to sit, stand, walk briskly, use hands, and reach with arms/hands. Regular and consistent attendance required.

Speech-Language Pathologist Contract Details:

<li>$49 – $52.50 per hour</li>
<li>41-week contracts</li>
<li>$3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details</li>
<li>SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team</li>
<li>SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans</li>
<li>Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student</li>
<li>May be asked to supervise assistants</li>
