About the Role
The Operating Room Circulator Nurse will provide care and support to patients before, during and after surgery. OR Nurses also assist the surgeon and the surgical team in their tasks. 
POSITION’S ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Operating Room Nurses provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. In addition to general nursing care, responsibilities of OR Nurses include (but are not limited to):

<li>Assesses, plans, and evaluates the nursing care needs of the patient before, during and after a surgical procedure. </li>
<li>Provides nursing care to the patient undergoing surgical procedures. </li>

Check foods brought into the facility by the resident’s family/visitors to assure that it is within the resident’s dietary allowances. Report problem areas to the Dietary Supervisor. Inspect the nursing service treatment areas daily to ensure that they are maintained in a clean and safe manner. Consult with resident’s physician in providing the resident’s care, treatment, rehabilitation, etc., as necessary. Notify the resident’s attending physician and next of kin when there is a change in the resident’s condition. Work with the facility’s consultants and implement those changes authorized by DON. Call funeral homes when requested by the family. Ensure that established postmortem procedures are followed. Use restraints when necessary and in accordance with our facility’s policies and procedures. Obtain sputum, urine and other lab tests as ordered. Take and record TPRs, blood pressure, etc., as necessary. Monitor seriously ill residents as necessary. Inform family members of the death of resident as necessary. STAFF DEVELOPMENT Assist in standardizing the methods in which work will be accomplished. Attend and participate in continuing educational programs designed to keep you abreast of changes in your profession, as well as to maintain your license on a current status. Summary of the position: The Clinical Case Manager is responsible for providing home-based and community-based quality services for families involved with the Department of Child Services and/or Juvenile Probation. 
Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Ensure all case records, correspondence, and conversations regarding clients remain confidential as required by HIPAA compliance regulations.</li>
<li>Complete releases and GJR intake forms upon initial contact with client/placement/other parties ensuring copies are saved in the clinical record.</li>
<li>Provide home-based services to clients in compliance with Service Standards published by the Indiana Department of Child Services for the service that they are providing.</li>
<li>Communicate initial client contact or lack thereof to referral source and Compliance Coordinator with 48 hours.</li>
<li>Document client contacts through up-to-date case notes that are maintained in Case Management Pro (electronic database), VPN client files and Kid Traks (if applicable).</li>
<li>Provide monthly Progress Reports by due date to supervisor to referring agencies and Kid Traks (if applicable) as well as any other specific written or verbal information requested by referring agencies.</li>
<li>Provide Treatment Plans, Safety Plans, and other required clinical documents/resources/tools within 7-30 days of referral to referral agencies. Updated Treatment Plans are due no less than every 90 days to supervisor for review and sent to referral source by pre-arranged due dates.</li>
<li>If applicable, complete visitation/parenting time logs and send to referral sources within 48 hours of services rendered ensuring all required sections of log are compliance with current state content standards.</li>
<li>Oversee completion of program required assessments, including but not limited to, PFS-2, NCFAS, UCLA PTSD, IARCA packets upon admission, discharge, three month and six-month follow-up.</li>
<li>Record all billable/direct and non-billable/indirect time on a daily basis, utilizing the established database while ensuring an accurate timesheet is maintained.</li>
<li>Document use of and adherence to evidence-based models and treatment for all services requiring use of a model that has been approved by the state of Indiana and GJR.</li>
<li>Obtain and submit requests for court appearances to Compliance Coordinator monthly by deadline established.</li>
<li>Submit Attendance and Compliance sheets for clients on caseload to Compliance Coordinator and supervisor by monthly deadline.</li>
<li>Appear at court hearings, case conferences, CFTM’s or staffing as necessary or requested by referral source or supervisor.</li>
<li>Use strength-based approaches and develop protective factors for clients including but not limited to developing parenting skills and child development knowledge, improving social and emotional competence, accessing concrete supports, building social connections, and improving resilience.</li>

Job DescriptionSince 2009, The Dorm has been a mission-driven, client-centered mental health organization that has been bringing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment to young adults, ages 18-30. We are looking for a passionate licensed clinical senior therapist to join our multidisciplinary Washington DC team and contribute to our goal of making a difference. The Senior Therapist is an experienced clinician with three or more years of clinical practice. In addition to providing individual therapy, group therapy, and coaching to our young adults, the Senior Therapist has the opportunity to contribute to additional programmatic initiatives.

What You Will Do: 
<ul>
<li>Provides individual, group and family therapy for The Dorm clients and family members, as applicable.</li>
<li>Provides life-skills coaching off-site in the community and in clients’ apartments as clinically indicated.</li>
<li>Conducts Bio-Psycho-Social Assessments and comprehensive intakes of all prospective clients.</li>
<li>Maintains accurate and up to date charts that are in compliance with the expectations and standards outlined in The Dorm’s Policy and Procedure manual.</li>
<li>Participates in weekly supervision, group supervision, and co-facilitator supervision as indicated by direct supervisor.</li>
<li>Responsible for at least 25 hours of clinical work per week</li>
<li>Provides clinical individual supervision to student interns and consulting staff as called upon by the Clinical Director. </li>
<li>Provides “co-facilitator” training as called upon by Clinical Director. </li>
<li>Participates in On-Call weekly coverage system on a rotating basis up to four times per year. </li>
<li>Work up to 2 evenings per week.</li>
</ul>
What You Need to Qualify:

<li>Master’s degree in social work, counseling or related program in psychology required.</li>
<li>State Licensure in social work or counseling required.</li>
<li>The ideal candidate has more than 3 years of related experience in a clinical setting with adolescents or young adults.</li>

POSITION SUMMARY: 
Performs nursing functions for physician/extender. Supports the Objectives and Philosophy of White-Wilson Medical Center. 
 
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Prepares equipment and aids provider during treatment, examination, and testing of patients including patient screening, histories, and vital signs.</li>
<li>Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards.</li>
<li>Observes, records and reports patient’s condition and reaction to drugs and treatments to physicians. </li>
<li>May perform point of care testing and resulting.</li>
<li>May perform venipuncture, ensuring accurate and safe collection of blood samples.</li>
