Unity Health Care is seeking a Clinical Education Academic Coordinator to support the Post-Graduate Nurse Practitioner Residency Program (PGNPRP). This role provides administrative, coordination, and data support to ensure effective program operations, reporting, and accreditation compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Support daily administrative operations of the PGNPRP

Coordinate and track program activities, meetings, and events

Manage program evaluations, data collection, analysis, and reporting (including HRSA reporting)

Maintain resident, fellow, and faculty records and scheduling systems

Assist with accreditation, program evaluations, and annual reports

Coordinate Advisory Council and other program meetings

Maintain preceptor credentialing and adjunct faculty documentation

Collaborate with internal departments and external program partners

Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive information
Qualifications

High school diploma required; at least two (2) years of college or equivalent experience preferred.

Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or office management experience, preferably in an academic or healthcare setting.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Comfort using multiple communication platforms (email, video conferencing, calendars, web-based tools).
