We provide Nursing, Therapy, and Aide services to Worker's Compensation Insurance and Private Duty patients. Job Summary: This is a Per-Diem position for an individual who is passionate about providing quality home health care to patients in need.  Responsibilities: - Perform initial and ongoing assessments (NO OASIS ASSESSMENTS!) of patients' health status to determine their specific needs and develop individualized care plans - Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV infusions, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs - Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, disease management, and medication regimen - Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide coordinated and holistic care to patients - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress - Coordinate and communicate with healthcare providers, families, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care - Adhere to all state and federal regulations, professional standards, and Maxicare Select's policies and procedures - Maintain confidentiality of patient information Qualifications: - Valid and current RN license in the state of Florida - Minimum of 1 year of home health or related experience - Strong clinical and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Requirements
Requirements

<li>Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of Florida. </li>
<li>Strong clinical skills and ability to perform evidenced based nursing practices. </li>
<li>1+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health, hospice, or community health.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work eƯectively and independently with patients, families, and healthcare providers. </li>
