Required Skills

<li>Accredited PT program graduate</li>
<li>Up-to-date state PT license</li>
<li>Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans</li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues</li>
<li>1+ year(s) of outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab experience &nbsp;</li>
<li>Graduation from an accredited PT program and current PT license in WY</li>
<li>Must be able to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan in outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting</li>
<li>Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn</li>
<li>Passion for working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient population</li>
<li>Prefer at least one year working in outpatient neurological or orthopedic center, or previous vestibular rehab experience</li>

 Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

<li>Perform Evaluation/Treatment sessions with patients</li>
<li>Conducting Free Consultations</li>
<li>Ensure patients are educated and aware of their condition and prognosis</li>
<li>Keep patients accountable for therapy attendance and compliance with their plan of care.</li>
<li>Complete all required documentation of each visit</li>
<li>Updating plan of care as needed and discharging patients as needed</li>
<li>Supervising PTA's and Therapy Technicians</li>
<li>Listening to and recording patient successes</li>
<li>Keeping Case management lists up to date.</li>
<li>Assisting in Marketing efforts as requested by the Marketing department</li>
<li>Keeping track of individual stats and completing productivity reports</li>
