Here is What You Will Be Doing:
<ul>
<li>Supports and models behaviors consistent with the mission and vision of CRMC and Cardiac Service department.</li>
<li>Monitors patients throughout non-invasive and invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures.</li>
<li>Responsible for identifying changes in patient’s rhythm and hemodynamic status.</li>
<li>Assesses, monitors, and administers conscious sedation according to hospital protocol.</li>
<li>Implements medical and nursing orders per plan of care and documents appropriately.</li>
<li>Evaluates patient’s response to care.</li>
<li>Meets all performance standards in scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating positions.</li>
<li>Engages in patient and family teaching as appropriate.</li>
<li>Unit specific orientation and ongoing training and competencies as assigned based on department role, scope of services, and organizational standards.</li>

Desired Skills:
<ul>
<li>Ability to establish and maintain relationships conducive to collaborative team approach</li>
<li>Knowledge of all cardiovascular procedural equipment and ability to troubleshoot any problems that may arise</li>
<li>Knowledge of radiologic equipment and radiation safety</li>
<li>Ability to function at a high level of competency with minimal supervision from Cardiovascular Clinical Manager/MD</li>
<li>Demonstrate effective leadership and professional skills according to Standards of Care</li>
<li>Ability to assess, evaluate, explain, teach, and problem solve using critical thinking</li>
<li>Ability to interact respectfully with diverse cultural and socio-economic populations</li>
</ul>
Here is What You Need:
<ul>
<li>License (must meet one of the following):</li>
<li>Current Wyoming Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Wyoming State Board of Nursing</li>
<li>Current enhanced Nurse Licensure (eNLC)</li>
<li>One (1) or more years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory setting</li>
<li>14 Days: Cheyenne Regional AHA RQI within fourteen (14) calendar days of start date</li>
<li>6 Months: AHA ACLS within six (6) months of start date</li>
</ul>
Nice to Have:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing</li>
<li>CVN, RCIS for Cath Lab, and RCES for EP Lab</li>
<li>Recent and relevant critical care and/or cardiac care experience</li>
<li>Knowledgeable of EKG rhythm recognition</li>
