As a Home Health and Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes. Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

<li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical history.</li>
<li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.</li>
<li>Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and response to treatments.</li>
<li>Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medications, and home care techniques.</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care.</li>
<li>Provide wound care, catheter care, and other specialized nursing procedures as required.</li>
<li>Perform health screenings and diagnostic tests, including taking vital signs and managing chronic conditions.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, protocols, and best practices.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up to date patient records and documentation.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Valid license as a LPN in the state where work is performed.</li>
<li>2 or more years of nursing experience, preferably in a home health or similar setting.</li>
<li>Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and best practices in long-term care.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Understanding of regulatory requirements governing nursing practices and home health agencies.</li>

<li>Advise patients, athletes, and at-risk populations on techniques and strategies to prevent future injuries and improve physical performance.</li>

<li>Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records in compliance with regulatory, legal, and insurance standards.</li>

 Required Qualifications

Summary:&nbsp;Provide administrative and practice support to collection attorneys and paralegals practicing community association representation, including condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes.
Compensation:
$35,000 - $55,000
Responsibilities:
Essential Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Initial case intake, including opening new collection files, requesting documents from management companies/ boards of directors, and drafting confirming letters to clients.</li>
<li>File bankruptcy information in the system (Pacer).</li>
<li>Respond to client inquiries.</li>
<li>Generate documents as instructed by assigned attorneys.</li>
<li>Work task lists as assigned by attorneys or other practice support personnel.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining the integrity/organization of files both electronically and physically.</li>
<li>Locate and monitor Public Trustee foreclosures and prepare relevant communication to the client and attorney.</li>
<li>Assume additional duties/responsibilities as assigned.</li>
<li>Consistent and on-time attendance is required.</li>

<li>High school diploma (equivalent) required, some college preferred.</li>
<li>At least 2 years of practice support experience in a law firm setting.</li>
<li>At least 1 year of experience or exposure to debt collections practices and FDCPA.</li>
<li>Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.</li>
<li>High level of initiative and foresight in completing assigned projects.</li>
<li>Excellent grammar, spelling, editing, writing, and verbal skills.</li>
<li>Attention to detail in composing/proofing, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.</li>
<li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle competing tasks/demands.</li>
<li>Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.&nbsp;Case management is a plus.</li>
<li>English Proficiency – speaking, reading, and writing.</li>
