Your Role as a Registered Nurse
As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Room, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:
<ul>
<li>Assessing patient pain regularly to ensure effective pain management.</li>
<li>Performing procedures and documenting care in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Responding promptly to patient requests and anticipating their needs.</li>
<li>Educating patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and lifestyle changes.</li>
<li>Empowering patients for future self-management through comprehensive teaching.</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
<ul>
<li>Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.</li>
<li>Registered Nurse Diploma.</li>
<li>Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses or Trauma Nursing Core Course (to be obtained within 1 year).</li>
<li>Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course or PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (to be obtained within 1 year).</li>
<li>Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (to be obtained within 30 days).</li>
<li>Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification (to be obtained within 30 days).</li>
