Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to patients in a hospice setting? Do you have strong leadership skills and experience in nursing management? If so, AdvisaCare is looking for a dedicated and skilled Hospice RN Clinical Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical operations within the hospice program.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care is delivered in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct patient admissions and visits as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare and insurance requirements.
- Provide leadership in expanding hospice services in the community.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
- Current CPR and TB test certifications.
- Experience in hospice care is preferred.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.
