Job Details
 We are currently seeking a Partner to join our Commercial Real Estate division. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned legal professional in commercial real estate transactions to contribute to our firm’s growth and success. The individual will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of commercial real estate matters, including leasing, investment, development, purchase and sale transactions, HUD-insured financings, 1031 exchanges, and more. You would be expected to bring a small book of business with you. Responsibilities:

<li> Oversee all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.</li>
<li> Provide expert advice on property management, leasing, acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial real estate.</li>
<li> Conduct due diligence investigations and manage all aspects of closing transactions.</li>
<li> Handle HUD-insured financings and 1031 exchanges.</li>

 Qualifications:

<li> Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</li>

This position will support the Agency IT Financial group building PowerApps solutions to help them manage contracts, licensing and hardware solutions for OCTO. 
Job Duties

<li>Responsible for developing PowerApps model-driven and canvas apps </li>
<li>Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications using Power Platform solutions </li>
<li>Integrate Power Platform application with 3rd party applications using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Logic Apps and Dataverse APIs </li>
<li>Identify, develop, and deploy reports in Power BI </li>
<li>Ability to produce complex reports using Power BI </li>

 Requirements
Basic Qualifications
