Responsibilities

Essential Skills

<li>Demonstrated proficiency with CNC machine operation.</li>

Work Environment
Work in a very clean and automated production facility. The Stamping/Molding department operates independently. The position requires evening shifts from Monday to Wednesday, and every other Thursday, from 5:45 pm to 6:00 am.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.72/hr.

Are you looking for a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week, including one weekend day and on-call shifts) that provides 100% employer paid medical, life and disability insurance? We have an exciting opportunity at Hampshire Downs Apartments, 360 - unit property in Hillsboro, Oregon. 
We need a highly motivated, self-directed maintenance technician to help maintain our apartment communities. If this sounds appealing - we want to hear from you!

Pay Details: $3,750 - $4,550 per month, salary Schedule: Thu - Mon, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week; days off are Tue/Wed
Duties include:

<li> Service Requests/Maintenance </li>
</ol>

<li>Routine service requests to be completed within 24-48-hour period</li>
<li>Emergency service request to be completed as soon as possible</li>
<li>Preventative maintenance projects to be scheduled and completed in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in the following areas: light electrical work and troubleshooting, light plumbing work, general repair &amp; troubleshooting, general maintenance and construction</li>
<li>Travel to other properties to cover for staffing shortages and/or emergency response, as necessary</li>

<li> Apartment Turns</li>

<li>Assist resident manager with preliminary inspections</li>
<li>Complete turnover painting/caulking</li>
<li>Check appliance and light fixtures for proper operation. Repair or replace as needed.</li>
<li>Repair or replace any damaged drywall, doors, molding and trim work</li>
<li>Complete any other necessary maintenance needed to make it "rent ready" including trash removal/disposal and mold/mildew remediation</li>

<li> Property Appearance and Maintenance</li>
</ol>

<li>Responsible for appearance of office, clubhouse, and models</li>
<li>Responsible for appearance and upkeep of fitness center</li>
<li>Responsible for the appearance and upkeep of pool areas (including chemical balancing), laundry rooms, restrooms, picnic areas, tennis courts, and any other amenities and common areas on property</li>
<li>Responsible for the appearance of the building exteriors, entryways, walkways, doors, and railings</li>
<li>Responsible for the inspection and/or maintenance of all property lighting (street poles, lollipop lights, breezeway lights, exit sign, and emergency lights). Should be inspected on a weekly basis. Notify resident manager when an outside vendor is needed to replace street lighting or any lighting above 12'.</li>
<li>Complete any special property projects assigned by the resident manager</li>

POSITION SUMMARY
Jireh Semiconductor is BUSY! We are looking to fill several entry-level roles. Become a Fab Technician and start your career today! This position performs functions associated with all wafer production operations, including photolithography, thin film, etch, BGBM and diffusion. Performs set-up, calibration and preventative maintenance tasks on wafer fabrication equipment. Multiple compressed workweek shifts available, see below. This is a temp-to-hire position.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
<ul>
<li>Operates &amp; evaluates all process and metrology equipment within assigned area, upon successful completion of certification by trainer and engineer.</li>
<li>Assures equipment meets all qualification and maintenance schedules as required by specification before processing product.</li>
<li>Evaluates both product and qualification wafers through measurement and/or visual inspection. Responsible for accurate entry of that data into workstream system for assessment of processing using SPC controls.</li>
<li>Escalates any failure of product and/or qualification wafers to engineering for evaluation.</li>
<li>Escalates any process or metrology equipment errors to the equipment technicians for repair and recovery.</li>
<li>Follows safe work practices and procedures to assure the safety of oneself and others, Escalates any safety violations or concerns to supervisor to address.</li>
<li>Responsible for proper disposal of any and all waste generated on site as required by Cleanroom Protocol specification.</li>
</ul>
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
<ul>
<li>Must be able to carry pods weighing up to 12 pounds using two hands repetitively over a 12 hour period. Must be able to pick pods from and place pods to storage racks ranging in height from the knees to the shoulders.</li>
<li>Must be able to push/pull carts of pods ranging from 50 to 100 pounds as necessary for transport of material from one area to the next.</li>
<li>Must be able to stand and walk for extended time periods during a 12 hour shift.</li>
<li>Must be able to comply with clean room specifications that require all technicians to wear a clean room suit, including hood, mask, protective eye-wear and clean room boots.</li>
<li>Manual process areas (CMP, Sort, BGBM) also required to grasp cassette handle with one hand while supporting cassette, weighing up to 12 pounds, with the other hand to manually load process equipment in the area.</li>
</ul>
 
Temp to hire opening 6-12 months, conversion based on company needs as early as 180 days. This position will be staffed by an existing agency partner.

A shift Front End Days Sunday-Tuesday every other Wednesday
B shift Front End Nights every other Saturday, Sun-Tues
C shift Back End Days every other Wednesday Thur-Sat
D shift Back Nights Wed-Fri every other Saturday
 
QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

<li>Must have basic computer skills needed to run automated process controls.</li>
