Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.

Adjust machine settings, tooling, and speeds to optimize performance and accuracy.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and adherence to tolerances.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and production efficiency.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or CNC programming preferred.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating CNC machines.

Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Knowledge of G-code and CNC programming is a plus.
