<li>Diagnose and adjust mechanical components and tooling parameters to achieve dimensional accuracy.</li>
<li>Monitor machine performance during production, making real-time adjustments to maintain consistency and efficiency.</li>
<li>Inspect finished wire forms using precision measuring tools and gauges to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances.</li>
<li>Identify defects or equipment issues and implement corrective actions as needed.</li>
<li>Perform routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs on equipment.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Previous experience with operating multi-axis machinery is preferred. </li>

The Phone Flex Specialist is ARHC's frontline patient liaison, blending phone support with adaptable administrative duties. This role prioritizes compassionate and operational flexibility in our reproductive healthcare environment.
