Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician you will perform interior and exterior preventative and repair maintenance in our apartment community, including but not limited to general maintenance requests, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliances. You will be required to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members while operating in a safe manner to uphold safety and operations standards. On-call duties will be required as part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Professional Experience:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance technician experience required, multifamily experience preferred.</li>
<li>Beginner experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, preferred.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of appliances preferred</li>

<li>Training- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in scale technology and industry best practices. Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.</li>

Skills and Knowledge:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in scale installation, calibration, and repair.</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.</li>
<li>Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to scales (e.g., ISO 9001, NIST Handbook 44).</li>
<li>Proficiency in using calibration and measurement equipment.</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects (50 pounds) and work in various environmental conditions.</li>
<li>Valid Class B (or A) Commercial Drivers License is required.</li>
<li>AC/DC, MIG Welding a Plus.</li>

Education:
