Job Purpose Summary:

Work Schedule
 
The work/life balance of employees is a priority for the Bipartisan Policy Center. As a result, BPC is currently operating on a hybrid schedule. Employees at BPC are currently coming into the office three times a week. Exact time and schedules will be determined between an employee and their manager.
 BPC offers comprehensive health insurance benefits with a choice of open access HMO, POS, or PPO plan. HMO and POS individual plans have a monthly premium cost share of 10%. Urgent Care LVN Responsibilities
• Administer vaccinations and injections, including influenza, COVID, and TB test placements • Obtain and document vital signs • Provide emergency care in collaboration with on-site providers • Perform patient registration, intake, and checkout • Assist with wait room management and patient flow • Support appointment scheduling, reminder calls, and patient outreach • Serve as chaperone for sensitive exams when needed • Prepare and maintain clinic and waiting areas to ensure an excellent patient experience • Deliver patient-focused, high-quality clinical care
 
Urgent Care LVN Requirements
• Active, full, and unrestricted LVN license • Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program • Minimum of 1 year of clinical healthcare experience • Prior experience administering immunizations and injections • Ability to provide vaccine counseling and patient education • Experience documenting in an Electronic Medical Record (EPIC preferred) • Ability to obtain vital signs • Current BLS certification • Mandatory attendance during the first 3 weeks of training

SDM Company is looking for a Field Service Lube Technician to perform routine lubrication and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment at client sites. You'll keep machines running smoothly by changing oils and filters, checking fluid levels, greasing critical components, and inspecting for wear and tear.
This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and solid communication skills to document your work and interact with customers and supervisors in the field.
???? What You'll Do

<li>Perform lubrication and maintenance: Apply grease and other lubricants to engines, wheel bearings, hydraulics, and other components.</li>
<li>Conduct field services: Drive a service truck to customer locations and perform preventive maintenance (PM) on heavy equipment, trucks, and machinery.</li>
<li>Inspect equipment: Identify wear, leaks, and potential safety concerns; check tires, brakes, and fluid levels.</li>
<li>Perform fluid services: Change engine oil and filters; check and refill brake, transmission, coolant, and power steering fluids.</li>
<li>Document and report: Maintain accurate service records, complete oil cards, and note parts, fluids, and materials used.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers: Discuss findings, provide updates, and recommend additional services when needed.</li>
