Compensation:
$85,000 - $100,000 yearly with benefits
Responsibilities:
Our attorneys will be primarily responsible for:&nbsp;

<li>Developing legal strategy and performing aligned legal services&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conducting legal research</li>
<li>Drafting initial pleadings, motions, pleadings, orders, judgments, and status updates</li>
<li>Overseeing and analyzing discovery</li>
<li>Representing clients in court for various types of hearings and trials</li>
<li>Managing cases independently</li>
<li>Supervising legal support staff</li>
<li>Conducting consultations with prospective clients</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

Receive and process telephone orders.

Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
