<li>Developing technical assessments and briefs using all-source information in accordance with ONI and ODNI Analytical Tradecraft Policy, ODNI Writing Guide, ONI production standards and other documented guidance on production; the intelligence assessments will document the intelligence/technical tradecraft, as well as the uncertainty and confidence level.</li>

<li>For specified high interest naval missile systems the staff shall perform detailed analyses of the missile performance for foreign naval missiles. The staff shall utilize all source intelligence data provided by Analysis shall include:
