We have a general job posting that captures all of our existing&nbsp;open positions for mental health associates at different facilities in Lane County! We are hiring Residential Associates&nbsp;and&nbsp;Personal Care Associates (PCAs).&nbsp;These positions require that applicants have the ability to work as a member of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness; support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions; keep accurate clinical documentation; and provide housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication administration.
If you have experience working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential Assistant (RA), Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or Caregiving for a client experiencing severe mental illness (e.g. memory care in an Assisted Living Facility), then any of these positions may be a good fit for you!
Vocational Training Program
Persons with three years’ experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field may qualify to register with MHACBO (Mental Health &amp; Addiction Certification Board of Oregon) as a QMHA-R and start accruing hours towards their 1000 required supervised hours to apply for certification as a QMHA-I. ColumbiaCare offers a Vocational Training Program to accelerate the training, on-the-job experiential learning, and testing preparation for qualified employees to be able to complete their certification in as little as 6 months. This is an optional program.

About the Position&nbsp;
We are looking for an On Call Residential Care Associate I to join our team in the Lane County region, including Eugene, Springfield, and Junction City, Oregon. The On Call Residential Care Associate I will provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients. They will provide personal care services and support that helps individuals develop appropriate daily living skills and independent activities of daily living to increase or maintain their level of functioning. The On Call Residential Care Associate I will assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing, while encouraging client participation. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, they will pass medications and perform delegated medical care as prescribed by the client’s primary care provider. They will transport clients to and from the program as necessary to engage and provide treatment services. They will maintain compliance with established productivity standards for documentation of services.&nbsp;
Please keep the following things in mind:
On Call staff must work a minimum of 32 shift hours per monthOn Call staff must attend a minimum of one staff meeting per month (and clinical supervision if a QMHA)On Call staff must stay current on company trainingOn Call staff must respond to facility requesting coverage within 2 hours of initial call. The Delivery Driver drives company vehicles to pick up and deliver products in the local area. An Abby’s driver will adhere to all state traffic laws, answer the telephones, write orders, and deliver Abby's product to our delivery customer in a timely and professional manner, adhering to all Abby's training materials. Most importantly and without exception, the Delivery Driver operates within the legal speed limits and in a safe fashion at all time. Duties and responsibilities for an Abby’s Delivery Driver are to have a clean driving record with an unrestricted driver’s license, knowledge of local roads in the area, good customer service, being able to priorities orders so orders arrive by designated time, cross-train in other positions in the restaurant to assist as requested by your supervisor. Required skills for this position include but are not limited to; a neat appearance with good personal hygiene, ability to work without a great deal of supervision, basic mechanical skills to perform minor vehicle maintenance, such as checking and topping off fluid levels, maintaining tire pressure, etc., and maintaining the vehicle in a clean condition (interior and exterior). Good written and oral communication skills, good time management skills, and knowledge of local roads.

As a flat-rate Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and inspecting large estimate RV units with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has 3+ years RV industry specific experience. Pay potential: $27-40 per hour
What you'll do:

<li>Work on any RV unit coming in the service department</li>
<li>Work through specialty certification and has a clear path on continuing education</li>
<li>Produce consistent repairs and maintain minimum customer satisfaction scores</li>
<li>Shares knowledge and best practices to help build others up</li>

What we're looking for:
<ul>
<li>Experience in RV industry and/or mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or maintenance work</li>
<li>Holds a state inspectors license</li>
<li>4+ years of experience working in a technical field a plus</li>
<li>Have a set of personal tools</li>
<li>The ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time</li>
<li>The ability to lift anywhere from 25 to 50 lbs with an assistive device</li>
<li>Work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises</li>
<li>Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)</li>
<li>Neat, clean, and professional appearance</li>
<li>Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
