As a Retail Sales Associate, transform store guests into loyal customers. When guests enter the store, you’re the person who guides them. As the expert on home furnishings, you create inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley’s products. You help our guests discover the styles that reflect their lives and help them design rooms they will love to live in. What You’ll Do&nbsp;

<li>Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest. Maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk; engage with guests, ensuring they are always treated in a cordial, respectful manner representing the Company's brand image.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.&nbsp;</li>
\n
<li>Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required while maintaining thorough documentation of sales transactions.</li>
\n
<li>Address customer concerns independently whenever possible&nbsp;</li>
\n
<li>Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists.</li>
\n
<li>Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, including participation in bi-annual inventory checks.</li>
\n
<li>Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.</li>
\n
<li>Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management.</li>
\n</ul>

What You Bring
\n

<li>Legally authorized to work in the US.&nbsp;</li>
\n
<li>At least 18 years old.</li>
\n
<li>Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 Ibs with or without accommodation.&nbsp;</li>
\n
<li>High school diploma or equivalent, preferred 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.</li>
\n
<li>Gets charged up by interacting with others, by being outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to.</li>
\n
<li>Conveys information in a way that inspires action.</li>
\n
<li>Gets excited by developing and sharing fresh ideas.</li>
\n
<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.</li>

Compensation: 120-day training hourly rate upon hire = $18.00 to $18.00; Following the training period, this position pays an hourly rate of $16.66 to $16.66. This position is eligible to earn weekly, and monthly incentives based upon sales. Incentive amounts range from 2% to 15% and differ based on product types.&nbsp;
