We are hiring a full time Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Customer Success. In this role, you will be asked to take ownership of your enterprise book of business, building impactful relationships and showing the value in their mental health solution with day to day points of contacts as well as economic buyers. This is a full time position that is fully remote. Please note there will be a travel component for both client facing travel as well as internal related events.
What you'll be doing:

What we expect from you:

The target base salary range for this position is $106,400 - $131,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including RSU options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

Job Title: 2026 Accounting Assistant
Department: Accounting
Reports To: VP of Finance
Start Date: May - September; Seasonal Internship
Salary: $15-17/hour, commensurate with experience 

Position Summary: The Accounting Intern assists Lakeside Chautauqua in daily accounting activities throughout the organization, before and during the Chautauqua summer season. The intern must have knowledge in basic accounting principles. The intern reports directly to the CFO with regards to all aspects of his/her position but will work closely with other staff members in the Finance Department.
The ideal candidate would be an actively enrolled Sophomore or Junior level student majoring in accounting or business at an accredited University or a recent college graduate. This individual must be detail-oriented and able to work independently. Abilities to prioritize, multi-task and problem solve are essential. This individual must be available during business hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBLITIES (PLUS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED):

<li>Assist in receivables and payable areas of the Finance Department</li>
<li>Count money, prepare bank deposits and prepare paperwork</li>
<li>Reconcile bank deposit slips with deposit log</li>
<li>Learn computerized accounting system and enter a variety of transactions (high volume during peak periods)</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining various detail journals (spreadsheets)</li>
<li>Assist in billing and recording receipt of payments</li>
<li>Assist in reconciling bank accounts</li>
<li>Ensure proper coding, verify and input check request and purchase quotes into BC system</li>
<li>Verify, issue and distribute checks</li>
<li>Process ACH payments</li>
<li>Track and record auto payments</li>
<li>Review and prepare credit card statements</li>
<li>Process utility bills</li>
<li>Generate general journals and excel spreadsheets</li>
<li>File financial and/or personnel records</li>
<li>Participate in all intern activities, forums, and gatherings</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Accounting experience or pursuing accounting education preferred</li>
</ul>
